The diaphragm filter plate is developed on the basis of ordinary box type filter plates. The high-pressure diaphragm filter plate is composed of two diaphragms and an integral welded core plate in the middle. External media (such as water or compressed air) is introduced into the chamber between the core plate and the membrane, causing the membrane to bulge and compressing the filter chamber composed of the diaphragm filter plate and the box filter plate, thereby better separating and improving the solid content. The pressing pressure is 0.8-2.0MPa.
